Your Role as a Host Company

Because this is a QCTO-accredited programme, we ask that you:

Assign a workplace mentor or supervisor

Provide meaningful work aligned to the learner’s curriculum requirements

Ensure learners are involved in real projects and tech teams so that their work exposure supports the learners’ formal qualification outcomes

Support learners with access to tools and systems

Collaborate with Mindworx to track progress, provide feedback, and ensure a quality experience

Offer a safe and inclusive workplace aligned to labour standards
