Enable your workforce and drive digital transformation

The digital skills shortage in South Africa is hindering growth potential for businesses. Ensuring that your team stays relevant and on a growth path in the 4IR world is essential to stay competitive. Training with us comes with significant financial benefit too, including SETA funding and BEE allowances.

Who we are and what we do

Mindworx Academy is a digital skills academy offering MICT-SETA accredited learnerships and digital short courses.
We work with our corporate customers to create customised learning paths for their employees, enabling them to combine tax efficient learnerships with short courses and skills programmes.
We develop graduates who are work-ready, through a combination of theory and practical skills training and valuable workplace experience.
We include training on key soft skills including developing curiosity, collaborating in teams, solving complex problems and communication.
We offer our graduates and their manager mentoring and coaching to ensure ongoing support and practical implementation of training.
Mindworx is a level 1, black woman owned BEE contributor. Our corporate customers are able to claim back spend with us including an annual allowance when learners begin their learnerships (up to R60 000 per learner) and a completion allowance of up to a further R60 000.
Customers can claim discretionary funding from the SETA that they contribute to, which can be up to R23 000 per learner.

and Courses

We offer MICT SETA accredited learnerships and a range of in-demand digital short courses that can be tailored to your business needs.

“Mindworx Academy helped us recruit nine IT and Operations interns and continue to provide ongoing support on a range of personal challenges faced by the candidates, even during COVID. I believe that Mindworx really cares about its people and partners, they do not only give lip service but actually follow through. We enjoy a real partnership with the Mindworx team.”
