Mindworx Academy is a B-BBEE level 1 digital skills academy offering MICT SETA accredited, QCTO registered digital learnerships and short courses. We work with our corporate customers to create customised learning paths for their employees, enabling them to combine tax-efficient learnerships with short courses and skills programmes.
We develop work-ready graduates through a combination of theory and practical skills training and valuable workplace experience, as well as training them in key 21st-century skills, including developing curiosity, collaborating in teams, solving complex problems, and communicating.
We also offer mentoring and coaching to our graduates and their managers to ensure ongoing support and practical implementation of training.
