The purpose of completing the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer programme is to prepare learners to design, develop, and implement automated business processes using RPA software. This qualification equips individuals with the skills to emulate human actions in software systems, thereby enhancing organisational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks. Graduates will be able to develop RPA solutions, test their performance, and make necessary modifications, contributing to digital transformation and addressing the growing demand for automation skills in various industries.
After completion of the Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) Developer (NQF Level 5), the learner will be able to develop RPA solutions which emulate human actions during the project development stage using platform knowledge and data analysis capabilities. The learner will also be able to execute test procedures for evaluating the performance of the RPA solution through test cases and decide whether it passes or fails and modify and improve existing RPA solutions and build reusable components (post-production).

Delegates who cancel their registration less than 15 working days prior to programme/course commencement, will be liable for 50% of the programme fee. Those who do not participate in the course without cancelling will still be liable for the full fee. Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to the Programme Manager.

After completion of the Business Analysis Learnership (NQF Level 6), the learner will be able to analyse a business scenario, develop a business case, compile user requirement specifications, develop functional specifications and monitor quality assurance activities throughout the life cycle of the project. Ultimately, this qualification is aimed at improving the productivity and efficiency of business analysts within all sectors in South Africa.

After completion of the Data Science Learnership (NQF Level 5), the learner will be able to collect large amounts of structured and unstructured data from primary and secondary sources and extract and transform them into a usable format.Furthermore, the learner will be able to apply data analysis techniques to uncover patterns and trends in datasets (resultant sets of data that can be viewed as tables or as a “spreadsheet ofdata”) to solve business-related problems.Finally the learner will be able to prepare and present descriptive analytics reports on patterns and trends using computer programming languages and explain those patterns and trends through e.g., visualisation and storytelling etc., using data visualisation tools.
